Pauli + Ryan | 07.19.08
As promised….here’s a few from Pauli and Ryan’s wedding. Ok….more than a few. I’ve got boatloads of favorites. Pauli and Ryan, thanks for letting us be a part of such a beautiful event. The two of you are awesome!

Good morning inbox!
I love it when I open up my email and get messages like this.

We are going to begin on the album immediately! We can’t wait! Oh my goodness! I am speechless! You two did an AMAZING job!
OH and I have been checking your website EVERYDAY and I was SO excited to see our rings as the backdrop for ya’lls webpage! I flipped out and called EVERYONE and told them to go to your website so they could see one of our wedding photos! HAHA! They LOVED it!
And last but certainly NOT least…………I just want to tell you both how special you made our day……….You focused on Ryan and I the whole time and went above and beyond our expectations in capturing all of the photos that we wanted………You have no idea how excited we are!”
Pauli and Ryan
We shot Pauli and Ryan’s wedding two weeks ago at The Inn at Carnall Hall in Fayetteville, and the reception was at the Uark Ballroom. I’ll post images of this gorgeous event this evening. Check back!
Out of the office…
Just an fyi….Angela and I will be out of the office from Thursday, July 10th until Tuesday, July 15th. We’ll be receiving emails just like we normally do and will respond to any phone messages as soon as possible. All print orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we return to the office.
Holler if you have any questions or need anything!
Trisha and Kyle - Thank you!
So I rolled into the office on Friday morning, and was very surprised at what I found in our entry way. I’d left some stuff for Trisha to pick up on our table in the entry way since I had an appointment to run out to, and to my surprise when I came in the following day, there was a present with a card next to it on the table.
Trisha and Kyle went to Jamaica on their honeymoon….and picked up the coolest photo book as a gift for Angela and I. I’ll post some images of it when I get a chance….but I just had to brag a little here on the blog about it! I was totally thrilled to get such a cool gift….but the thank you card from them made it even more special.
So….Trisha and Kyle….thank you!
Here’s a few of my favorites from their BIG day:

The Salton Sea - Despair and Beauty
My buddy, Peter Tellone of Ground Up Photography, has released his book entitled “The Salton Sea - Despair and Beauty”. You can pick up a copy of it HERE. These are incredibly well done photographs, and tell a wonderful story about such an interesting place. Even if you’ve never been there…you’ll feel like you have. Very cool stuff.

So happy right now…
As many of you know, for the last three months or so we’ve been dealing with some frustrating computer issues that have driven me almost nuts. We made the switch to Mac last December and have loved everything that has come with it, except for the hardware issues on our main iMac. It’s been back and forth to the shop for the last three months, and it’s been in studio for probably only 4 weeks out of the last three months. Not cool. Luckily, we have other machines to work on, but it’s just not the same and not as efficient.
Well, the folks over at Apple agreed to replace my machine, and I’m typing this post on it right now. Finally, things are going to get back to “normal”….if there is such a thing. : )
So, a big shoutout to the customer service folks at Apple. Just one more reason I’m happy to be a Mac geek.
New Blog and New Email
In an attempt to take advantage of the upcoming MobileMe that will be released soon by Apple, we’ve changed our studio email address. This should make our correspondence with clients easier to keep track of and since we’re on the go so much, more efficient as well. Check our contact sections on our wedding website and senior site to get the new email addy. I’m not posting it here to try to avoid serious spam problems.
And…as you can see the blog is totally new! We’ve been redoing it for quite some time, so we’ve got a lot of catching up to do on here, so stay tuned for some fresh images and news about what’s happening with us!
Anna + Trea = LOVE
My first post on the new and improved blog features Anna and Trea! These two got hitched back in April, but I’ve been so behind in getting the blog fixed up and updated, I never got these guys up on a sneak peek. So…here’s a few of my favs from the day!

Alex and Patrick Sneak Peek
Alex and Patrick tied the knot at Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, and had a fantastic reception at the The Crescent Hotel. It was a gorgeous day for a wedding, and the entire bridal party and family was a BLAST to work with.
Thank you for letting Angela, Denise, and I share the day with you. Ya’ll are an amazing couple!
